Meet Our Assistant Principal

Ms. Collins has been a teacher for the past thirty-one years.  She is excited to join the West York Bulldogs as the Assistant Principal at Norman A. Trimmer Elementary School.  Ms. Collins holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Education from McDaniel College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University.

Hello Trimmer Families!

I am absolutely thrilled to be joining the West York team of Bulldogs! I look forward to meeting, getting to know, and becoming part of the wonderful Trimmer community of students, families, and staff.

As Assistant Principal, I am excited to support the growth and development of our fourth and fifth-grade students. Building strong connections and meaningful relationships is my top priority this year—because when we work together and collaborate, we create a clear path to success for every student.

Let’s continue to strengthen our school-family partnership by remembering what unites us: Every Student Every Day.

Education is my passion, and I’m eager to bring my energy and enthusiasm to Trimmer. I can’t wait for all that this school year has in store!
